Our playful beret is hand-knitted with defined stripes by artisans in Bolivia from locally sourced alpaca yarn. They are supported by an artisan organisation tracing back to 1989.

Hand wash. 100% alpaca wool.

Made in India from recycled cotton saris, hand stitched together using Kantha needlework – a running stitch typical of West Bengal. The small groups of men and women who make these items work in collaboration with a fair trade organisation that supports them in business and marketing. Because the saris are sourced individually and hand stitched, no two pieces are the same.
Soft yarns are liable to pill to some extent, even when using those of the best quality. To take good care of them remove any pills using a pilling comb and protect them from sharp items or jewellery that may catch or snag.
